Terms of Service
Effective date: August 6, 2026
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the authos.health website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms do not govern the AuthLogic service. Access to AuthLogic is provided only under a separate written agreement between Authos Health, Inc. and the practice or organization using it, together with a Business Associate Agreement. Nothing on this website grants a right to use AuthLogic, and nothing here modifies that agreement.
2. The site is informational
The website describes our company and our software. Content on it is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, and we do not warrant that it is free of error or omission.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. We do not practice medicine, we do not make treatment recommendations, and nothing here should be relied on for a clinical decision. Clinical judgment belongs to licensed clinicians.
Nothing on this site is legal or regulatory advice. We describe regulations such as HIPAA and CMS-0057-F for context. Those descriptions are general, they may become out of date, and they are not a substitute for your own counsel.
3. Research and third-party references
We cite published research. Those publications are the work of their authors, and citing them does not imply their endorsement of Authos or of our software. Figures we quote are attributed to their source and are accurate to that source as published.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
4. Intellectual property
The site and its contents, including text, design, graphics, and the Authos and AuthLogic names and marks, are owned by Authos Health, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view and print pages for your own reference and internal evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute the site or substantial parts of it for any other purpose without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to gain unauthorized access to any system, to scrape or harvest it by automated means without permission, or to submit anything false, unlawful, or infringing.
Do not submit protected health information through this website. The contact form is not a secure channel for it.
6. Submissions
If you send us feedback, questions, or ideas through the site, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you. Do not send us anything you consider confidential.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authos Health, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Authos Health, Inc. from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
